We had 2 guys scheduled for 2 hours. One guy was awesome, an actual incredible giant, and he was efficient and very good at packing the moving truck. Second guy seemed new, didn’t really know what he was doing and just waited for orders from the main guy. This second guy would carry two small couch cushions while the first guy got entire pieces of furniture himself. I offered to help him bring items to the truck, but he said no, he just wanted to stand around and wait for the main guy to tell him what to get.
Main complaint is how slow they worked. It was realistically a 2-2.5 hour job, that they took 3.5 hours to do. Second guy slowed them down for sure and they had to pack the truck full so it took some planning. I’d hire them again and request the main guy we had, but would request a different second person.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After your booking, a Giant will promptly contact you within 24 hours to discuss the details of your upcoming move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our team of Giants will arrive on time, prepared, and with a positive attitude. We will get the job done right.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We just ask that all items that can be boxed are properly packaged, and ready to be moved. If you need our help packing certain items, we’d be happy to.
What types of moves have you handled?
No job is too big or small. We’ve handled countless local moves, long distance moves, office moves, in addition to safes, and upright pianos.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our team of Giants are all ex athletes. We love the physicality of our profession.
