What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with us you should expect a call within twenty four hours. We will go over the details of your move and iron out a specific plan for your moving date.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you should expect us to either call or text you in the morning to once again confirm the job and also a text of their ETA when they are en route to the starting location.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To prepare for moving day, have all boxes and bags ready to go up on our arrival. If not paying for furniture removal then have all furniture disassembled and wrapped accordingly. We got the rest!
What types of moves have you handled?
The types of moves we handle here at True Moves LLC are senior assisted living move in/out, local jobs, long distance jobs, office moves, furniture delivery, furniture removal and safe moving.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
One of my favorite parts about being a mover is that we get to interact and meet new folks everyday. Another of my favorite parts is that no one day is the same as the last, you get to work in a new environment everyday. Lastly, providing white glove service and heeding praise after working hard feels great!
What training do you provide your crew members?
New crew members are trained through a rigorous three hour course set up at our storage unit. We teach how to lift and carry furniture, how to use a dolly properly, how to use a ratchet strap properly and the list goes on. Only after completing this course can New hires work a job.
