The movers were very polite and professional. They were late, but they let me know that in advance, and once they arrived they stayed until the job was done. I would highly recommend them.

And opportunity for improvement would be that items would be wrapped in blankets taped and shrink-wrapped. That part of the packing was lacking, The blankets that I provided were used to shield from damage but was basically lightly wrapped over or position between the items. The packing team was very courteous and worked really well as a team . The team worked hard and got the job done on time. I would not hesitate to recommend are used him again in the future.

The guys had good hustle and when they arrived they jumped right in. However, there was a lot of revision to the start time on the day of our move. After we agreed to start an hour earlier, the Minutemen guys came 45 minutes past the revised start time. This resulted in me and my family doing much of the work without them. I paid for two hours of Minutemen service and only got an hour of help before the job was complete.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer can expect a call from one of our booking agents to confirm the move and go over additional details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect a call from the crew lead an hour prior from the arrival window to confirm the move. Once the crew arrives, they will do a walk thru to ensure the move is completed in an efficient manner and will stay until excused from the customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure the move goes as smoothly as possible it is best to plan accordingly. Have furniture pads, stretch wrap and straps/rope ready for the movers to use if you are providing. Book elevators in advance so the movers don't have to wait.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled, local, long distance and office moves in the past.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making the customer's life as easy as possible. We pride ourselves in being able to provide premium moving services to all of our customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We undergo 2 weeks of training where we will put a trainee with an experienced crew lead before being trusted to work alongside another individual.
