The 2 men arrived a bit later than scheduled, but had the courtesy to call me to tell me they were stuck in traffic. Since they had driven here from Tennessee that is to be expected as they ran into the Charlotte traffic.
They began working as soon as they arrived and quickly moved the boxes and furniture out of the POD. They were done in about 2 hours. That was less time then I expected as the POD was full.
I have already scheduled them for the next POD unpack next week.

Following the disaster of the U-haul truck breaking down 27 minutes from the house and no help whatsoever, and terrible service from their tow truck agency, we had to cancel and reschedule unloading. The three men who showed up were fantastic and timely, polite, and everything we would have liked to have gotten from U-haul, but did not.
I have another load to bring from Houston and if my driver doesn't bail on me after the terrible experience with U-haul, and is still willing to drive another load for me, I would love to have your people do the unloading again.

Originally we had scheduled for three (3) workers for four hours to start at 9:00am. Due to circumstances beyond Sebastian Moving Tennessee LLC's control, workers called out sick at the last minute. Leaving our project with two (2) available workers.
The workers did exceptional work despite the duress of multiple telephone calls from the next customer scheduled for later that day. There were also multiple calls from "the office" and the owner of Sebastian Moving Tennessee LLC.
This series of endless interruptions slowed our now two (2) worker crew to a snail's pace.
When the time came to load the heaviest item (400 lbs.) instead of three (3) workers and myself as the fourth, as planned, there were now two workers and myself. The three of us got the item loaded but, it was a physical challenge.
This management mess caused great amounts of stress for myself as well as the workers themselves. My concerns were to the quality of work due to all the distractions.
It appeared Sebastian Moving Tennessee LLC had no contingency plan in place should multiple workers fail to report for work on the day of our scheduled move.
Mr. Davis and I agreed upon monetary adjustment. However, that still left the stress of delays to meet our move out deadline. We were committed and HAD TO BE OUT on time!
On October 17th we are scheduled to unload our “Pack Rat” containers. This will be my first chance to see any damage caused during transit and determine if the damage could be loading sequence related.

The gentlemen were very respectful and placed all the items as we indicated. We allowed for extra time to unload in case the furniture had shifted. Their services were convenient and appreciated.

I cannot say enough positive things so here are a few.
Easy to schedule and when I had to make a small change Jeni responded quickly and confirmed everything.
Received reminder confirmation day before.
Johnny called me in the am to confirm they were on their way.
There was a slight logistical change on my part, I was worried they would be upset- but NO- they adjusted and smiled through the whole job.
Johnny and his crew were professional, pleasant and efficient. They were strategic and conscientious when loading and I am amazed how much the were able to efficiently load and secure in my POD. They finished a bit ahead of schedule and I got some loading pointers I can use in the future.
I was so pleased that, if I need help for the rest of my project definitely going to call and book them.
