Rez and Charles were absolutely great in every way. We ran into some unusual circumstances with the PODS and they hung in their and got the job done. Being a handicapped (a veteran), they did everything to help me in my apt. I really appreciate them.

The men were cordial and worked at a steady rate . They requested to move up the date if it was OK with us which actually worked out better!we moved on Friday instead of Saturday.nice to get organized on Saturday Sunday. Respectfully Stephen Saunders

This is the second time I’ve used these two movers and I can’t compliment them enough. They were on time, courteous, and did the job quickly. I live on the 4th floor and this isn’t an easy move. They handled it like true professionals. Will be recommending them and the company to anyone moving.

Scheduled for 1:00pm. They asked to change to10:0 am. We agreed and made all the necessary changes. Didn’t show up until 12:00 pm.

Spoke with Ken Patterson (Owner/dispatcher). Was lied to repeatedly.

Ordered 4 workers, got 3.

I will never do business with these guys again.

Recommendation.. stay far away.

Mover's response:

This was a same day request and when we accepted we had an open schedule but communicated with client that the situation might change because some jobs might take a bit longer and will change arrival time. She says her container has to be picked up and we moved things around a bit to try push her job forward as a favor. If originally scheduled for 1 pm and we get started at 12 an hour earlier originally anticipated. We could only send 3 of our movers because of the time change and we still got it done in the allotted time. 4 guys loaded then and 3 of my guys unloaded same truck in 3 hours with a longer walk as well. Only miscommunication was intending to start at 10am again as a favor but could not get to you to noon. I also informed my crew lead that if they needed a fourth I was actually going to send 2 more guys finishing up on a job 25mins away so we get it done in the allotted time allow for container pick up. My crew lead informed me they will get it done in the required time and they did.
