I really can't say enough about this company. One day before they were scheduled to come out and unload our Pack Rat container I had to call and reschedule for one day later due to a mix up at our closing. Brian was fantastic and said not to worry that it happens and he would make sure they were there to take care of us. Oh, I had to reschedule to Mother's Day. Meaning he was able to find a crew to come out and unload us the afternoon of Mother's Day, and at no extra charge.
Would I recommend them to others? That's a definite yes. While I cringe ar the thought of ever moving again, if I have to I'll definitely be scheduling them again.

They took my couch apart because they said it wouldn’t fit through the door. It took them 25 min to remove some screws and bolts with a power drill upstairs and at the end of the two hour they literally just dropped it at the bottom of the stairs with all the bolts off and the sections apart and left. Amazing at the timing.
Other than that they were respectful, friendly, and moved my stuff out of my container in an orderly fashion. I did feel like they were trying to stretch out the job to more hours over 2 pieces of furniture and that was my only issue.

I was told if they did not do three hours I would not be charged. They actually started at 9:45 and stopped at 11:30. What happen, why was I charged for three.
