Several broken items. They were to blanket and wrap things and there were only a few things to blanket and wrap and not all items were blanked and wrapped. Also, my frig has deep cuff marks on the face right down to the metal. A piece of metal was found under the frig and there is something in the back now rattling around. A trunk got locked and I do not have a key for it. Cannot figure how that happened but it cannot be opened without braking the trunk. They arrived 3 hours late, and poorly packed the truck - they did not efferently use the space. Trucks not fully unpacked yet so there might be more damage. Hope not.
When I arrived with the team, we encountered unusually challenging conditions:
Most furniture and containers—including multiple military barrels weighing over 200 lbs—were packed full.
Many items were pre-strapped to small 4-wheel carts which insisted we leave them on, which created significant risk navigating the narrow, slotted ABF truck ramps designed for rain grip—not mini dolly wheels.
The provided blankets were not sufficient to fully pad and wrap the load, so our crew did what was possible with the limited resources available.
We also used our own professional moving straps at no charge because the straps provided were not compatible with the E-track system in the ABF trailer.
Despite these difficulties, we worked diligently to load the truck safely and as efficiently as possible under the circumstances and stayed even later into the night 2 hours
As for the reported damages and locked trunk:
We were not informed of any visible issues or malfunctions during loading and we did not lock the trucj
We do not carry keys or lock client property without instruction.
The piece of metal found under the fridge or the rattling inside may have occurred during transit or unloading, which we were not present for.
Knowing how difficult it was to load I am wondering if the crew damaged the items on the way out?? I Know after.17 years on the job experience they were not expecting this type of load..
We take damage claims seriously and always welcome evidence to help assess the situation. If you have photos of the damage, please email them to us directly so we can review and assist appropriately.
Lastly, we apologize for the late arrival. Scheduling delays sometimes occur due to job overruns or traffic as this one did, but we always strive to communicate and minimize any disruption to your day.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Follow up call to confirm details about move such as address, if any gate codes, types of items to be moved, and if any moving materials are needed. We alway will bring dollies and hand-trucks and all the tools to the trade otherwise.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Years of moving experienced crews with every tool needed to get the job done in a timely manner.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Anything that is not done we will do with notice from packing service, to disassembling dresser mirrors and beds, hooking up appliances to be moved and electronics. Of course if it is done prior will reduce tthe total time your move takes.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled long distance moves and local moves. We have done many office moves disassembling cubicles and packing files. Generally due to our many years in moving industry our say is, "it's always the same rodeo, just a different bull". From loading and unloading truck rentals, portable containers, and the large semi tractor trailers, there is not much we haven't done.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Workout while making a living! Travel within certain radius is a plus. Meeting new people and networking.
What training do you provide your crew members?
On the job training is a must. You can read and watch all the videos about swimming but you'll never learn until jumping in the water.. However we also do video training and questionnaire for moving certain types of items heavy and fragile.
