Never came to the front door. Both movers deaf (not an issue except hard to communicate), they put things in the POD that they were told were not going. Paid for 3 hours and only got 1.5 due to miscommunication and them not knocking on the door (address provided) and idling in the parking lot for an hour, apparently on the clock. We ended up not even moving and had to pay for another month and another POD as we weren’t able to get everything done with their limited service. To their credit, the guys did hustle once they actually showed up, but overall it was a disaster.

These gentlemen were extremely comfortable unloading my various boxes and furniture from a pod move into a house. They were extremely cordial and very, very easy to work with. I enjoyed having them move my furniture in my boxes and would recommend them.

These guys were amazing!! Very respectful and was careful with all of our stuff. They even placed some bins in specific locations if they saw a label, which I personally did not expect but highly appreciated! They were moving non stop and did the move-in quicker than expected. I will definitely be using them in the future!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On the moving day, customers shall expect us to be there on time and ready to do whatever they ask us to do.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
When it comes to loading they should have all moving supplies to make everything easier and quicker. A customer should have their boxes taped and labeled ready to go. If a customer wants their furniture padded and wrapped be sure to have plenty of wrap and pads and we will surely cover them for you.

We have handled any type of move; small or big we do it. We do local or long distance. We do jobs that last all day or even days. We can go to homes, apartments, condos, schools, offices or even industrial.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making things possible for the customer and seeing a smile on their faces upon completion.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained with an experienced mover on the job; after see that they are capable of picking up heavy boxes and able to pick up heavy items like dressers and couches without hesitation and listening to all the tips we give them, they may then be hired.
