Booking was smooth & the contact person called to confirm and was very polite and friendly.
Movers were 20 minutes late arriving.
The movers complained, on site, about loading things (there was furniture but nothing above the weight that was asked about when we booked).
They were not particularly careful when loading items marked fragile.
Your move was booked with one day notice in which my crew and I made ourselves available to assist with your move. The arrival window was 4-5 pm. My crew and I arrived at 4:55 pm on time and I texted you making you aware. In spite of the conditions of the home that was Cluttered my crew remained optimistic and loaded the Uhaul truck. None of the items loaded onto the 10’ truck were stackable so my crew loaded to the best of their ability. When we arrived at the unload location my crew had to unload in unsafe conditions. The electricity was NOT turned on, but my crew proceeded with caution and by the Grace of God we’re not hurt or harmed in any form. Also when the job was completed the gentleman that was driving the Uhaul truck gave my crew a generous Tip. The person that booked this job and left the review was NOT on site when this job was completed so Therefore has NO knowledge of what happened during this move.Thank you for choosing Movemasters and I wish you blessings with all future Endeavors.

Shamaiah and her team did a fantastic job unloading our move with very, very short notice! They were prompt, professional and super strong and organized! These guys seriously blew it out of the water, we had a 26' truck and a half to unload and they really got down to business. We were so pack / move / road weary and behind schedule and when these guys showed up, the sun literally came out. I can't recommend them enough. Shamaiah was so accommodating to our needs, I only wish we had found them prior to our move week because we certainly would have benefited from using them on the whole move. Mover Marlow was very caring and thoughtful helping with my mom's stuff and making sure things were in the right place. Really, we loved them. I strongly suggest using Move Masters! Thank you - you guys were great!

If I could give them more stars I absolutely positively would. They were on time, gentle with all my things, fast and most importantly understanding. I had to find last minute unloaded for my POD and shameya was so understanding. Do yourself a favor and hire Movemasters for your moving needs!

I requested their service to unload my stuff in Chicago. The entire time, the two movers acted like they were not getting paid for their work even though they charged me an extra hour. I did not like their attitude. They dropped some of my stuff on the floor without any care, so I decided to unload some items myself to avoid any damages.
The funny thing is that two movers loaded my stuff that day in the morning without any problems in Louisville even though they have to climb stairs. However, they did a great job, charged me less and everything was done within 2 hours.
I won't use that company ever again.

We have handled office moves, Freight Trailer loading and unloading, packing containers of various sizes, local and long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of Being an Owner of a Moving Company is to see the Customer's smile and their major sense of comfort knowing their belongings are tight and secure. I also enjoy building relationships with the customers which lead to a numerous amount of referrals.
What training do you provide your crew members?
One on one communication and physically showing the guys how to pick up items carefully and where they should be placed properly on the Loading or Unloading location(s).
