I followed the recommended guidelines on hire a helper and it was grossly underestimated. I needed twice the time for the stuff we had. Then, when the gentlemen arrived, they noted it would not get done then used much of the time complained that it would not get done. Our understanding was they would wrap our furniture, however, they complained that it was not already wrapped. I had requested that our 77” TV (which was in original packaging) be placed between our mattresses. It was set up against exterior wall with our couch stacked on top of it. Would not recommend.

The movers were professional and just overall wonderful to work with. They were on time, communicated very well and worked to stay in the timeframe of the move. More than anything and most importantly, they were kind to me and sympathetic when we discovered the previous movers broke my very nice and expensive dresser. I was very upset! They provided support in helping me make a claim and even placed the initial call for me. I feel that they went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this team of movers.
However, the company - I wouldn't give such a high rating. They office is hard to get in touch with and when I did, they were not professional in their emailed response. I sent another email and they didn't bother to write me back.

Daniel and Austin were very polite, professional and extremely careful with our stuff and the house as they moved items in. They were also very helpful and willing to help unpack and put a few items together. We would very much recommend Daniel to anyone and in fact when I have the second part of this move, will contact him again for help.

Arrived on time, then determined loading sequence. Two 10x10 storage units loaded in a couple of hours and arrived 330 miles away just like it did when I left. They did a great job.

Rent plenty of moving blankets. When you think you have enough, get another dozen. Moving blankets are in expensive to rent from Uhaul. Only $10 a dozen to protect your items.
