They were awesome. My job was small but complicated-- it involved moving my belongings through tight areas and up/down stairs. Not only did they take the time to wrap up delicate things like my leather couch, but there was NOT ONE scuff or damage to any of my walls or floors. Truly impressive, and appreciated.
The truck was expertly packed. They brought their own equipment (hand trucks, etc), were on time, efficient, and finished within the time frame. The cost was in the middle range of other quotes (about $311 for two movers & two hours).... Worth every penny. I will be recommending them to anyone I know that needs help moving.

The crew worked hard the whole day. We had three trucks to fill. In the end everything arrived safely with nothing broken. Initially there were a few items that weren't stacked properly and two pieces of furniture ended up with small scratches. Nevertheless, we are quite satisfied with their work.

The movers themselves were great. They knew exactly what they were doing, worked efficiently, and were very polite and professional (and strong!). To say they worked hard is an understatement. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that they were almost an hour-and-a-half late--their previous job ran over and they ended up driving to my location during rush hour (I scheduled a 4-5pm arrival time). They contacted me ahead of time to warn me and give me updates, and were very apologetic, but next time, I would avoid scheduling something like this during the afternoon/evening to avoid a similar problem.

The crew took lots of breaks.
The crew didn't utilize ALL the space in the truck. Had to get a second truck and still had to leave stuff behind!!!
Wished they would have packed the truck better.
We had also told the crew that we needed specific stuff packed last, we marked all the items with red ribbon and paper notes, they still packed it incorrectly!!! And I had to pay them to try to fix the problem, which we couldn't "un-bury" some of the stuff!!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A followed up phone to introduce our Move Coordinator and an opportunity to discuss the details of the move and any special instructions on the date of service. We will also call the day before to confirm the order is still scheduled as planned.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our trained and skilled crew will follow up with an introduction call from the morning of the job to confirm all needed material and tools that are needed with and estimated arrival time. As well as 15 minutes before arriving the crew will call the customer so the customer is prepared for their arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please remove all items from the dresser drawers to avoid any values being misplaced or any fragile items being damaged. Have all boxes labeled and sealed (fragile, Kitchen, bob's room, etc.). Please have all pets confined to one area during the move. Please don't book a family outing or event on the same day as move day because unexpected situations occur beyond our control.

We have handled a variety type of moves from (loca, long distance, Office Moves, college moves, In-house moves, and evictions.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The opportunity to meet and greet new people from all walks of life such as different religions, corporate america, famous, etc. The ability to learn from each of them and open my mind to new things in life.
