I hired HireAHelper/Harleys Logistics to properly load up 2 PODS LARGE SIZE 8ftx8ftx16ft containers for my moving &storage needs.My move on 1/28/17 come with helpers,handtruck,dolly.I spoke with a PODS representative and Chis from Harleys Logistics about the procedure to properly load the 8ftx8ftx16ft containers.I was told every 4ft with rope or ratchet tie-downs.I spoke with Chris on 1/27/17 and asked him which one was best he said 12x1in ratchet tie-downs 4pack he said get 2.I gave them to him when they arrived.They didn't use none.I notified Chris/helpers of Harleys Logistics a few times about the tie-downs.I also notified HireaHelper the same day 1/28/17
