They arrive 45 minutes late. I felt like they men the sent were not adequate for the job. I was no very happy with service. I plan on using a different service when we buy a house.
They sent a very old man, one extremely over weight guy and an average sized man. When you ask for mover I've always had very athletic people move my stuff. I also feel like the company was extremely over priced!

The movers were very nice and did a good job. The only complaint I had is that their arrival window was 9-10. The did not arrive until 11:15. They did call twice to update me, but it did put us into a little bit of a time crunch with the truck we had rented.

The unloaders were almost two hours late. They did call to keep me informed when they would be here. I was surprised how long it took to unload I thought that would go quicker than the loading. The loading only took two hours. I am happy to report nothing was broken or damaged.

Overall I thought they did a very good job. I used them for onsite labor for about 4 hours. Really no complaints with straight pricing and no haggle. Hireahelper.com definitely makes things much easier. They helped dissemble and reassemble furniture. Some of the help seemed new overall but the lead guy has been doing it for awhile with great multitasking. I definitely recommend these guys and will use them again because I think it can be hard to find good movers.

The 2 movers were very professional & worked in some rain which could not have been easy. They packed my POD in a timely manner but should have ordered 3 guys to alleviate the extra cost. Would definitely recommend!
