I was not happy with this moving company at all. To start off with we had to reschedule twice after I book the date due to them not having 3 movers as I asked for (was not that big of a deal but it did push the date back one day). The two movers that showed up; one of them did a good job but the second one (younger guy) dropped 2 boxes and broke one stool that you can only buy in pairs. You could tell he was new and was not good at moving items from the seconds floor. The same guy stood around and watched the other guy left the back end of the truck(ever time) as I helped bring things down to keep them moving. I helped wrap chairs because the young guy would hold the chair as the other guy wrapped instead of moving things to the truck (the younger guy was very lazy), I told him twice I'm paying by the hour not by the minute let's keep moving.

I would not use this company ever again.

Appreciate the feedback this would’ve helped day of the move. The rescheduled was communicated as we could not accommodate the original move date, I thought you were ok with scheduling for Saturday? And the man power we suggested using a two men crew to save you some money on the move? The helper is a new employee and is learning the trade of moving. In terms of the bar stool we should have it repaired at no cost to you by Wednesday of next week, we appreciate your patience
