I feel we were overcharged for a small toolbox which was not even lifted by them! My husband just rolled it off the back of the POD. It does not weigh over 300 pounds if that! We even tipped them $50! Had we known they were going to “pad” our Bill $300 plus overtime, believe me there would have been no tip!! Also they were late getting here; claimed they were held up by an account but I don’t believe them. We will NEVER recommend them to anyone!
We are considering legal action to get our $300 back!
