This group of guys were beyond excellent. They were on time to the job, professional, respectful to me and respectful of my time. They were gentle with my belongings and they made the whole experience pleasurable. If you need help, look no further than these guys. They are the best.

The workers worked hard, however I felt like they slowed down at the end of the 4 hours to prolong their time for an extra hour of pay. With the amount of items left on the truck, they could have had it in the house remainder 2 hrs left of their time. Only one worker was taking items that he could carry in the house (except large furniture) instead of having this done by both workers!
I was told by the workers they only put up bed if it’s simply to slide in slots but not with screws. I was not told there was a limit to how much they could do for setting up. Overall, they were professional and polite.

The two guys that came out to unload a 16' POD were phenomenal. They showed up on time, they did not stop to take breaks, they had the tools they needed to do the job, and the most important thing was they treated my possessions like they were their own. I highly recommend using this company.

If you want your furniture packed by idiots who could care less that a box marked fragile is on the bottom of several boxes or that all your furniture will be Mark and scraped and and beat up because it was tossed in horrible packing a two year old would do better I want my money back and I feel insulted that I tipped them before I really knew what they did. Can't tell till you reach your destination and start unloading. VERY UPSET & DISAPPOINTED --- 12 u haul blankets provided & orange straps 6pc from hfright. Driver did not put small fragile boxes under large heavy boxes...how do you break a captains bed?? Time frame...trailer was in storage & strap was not broken. Don't blame driver!
To think I tipped ea of you $50.00 --Stupid me :'(
