Very nice gentlemen. Reason I marked them down was for two reasons. First, we coordinated to move my items on Monday, 27 May but they thought 27 May was Tuesday. They were schedule to arrive between 4 and 5pm. I called at 5 pm. They still came out, although a little late. Second, one of the movers dropped a box marked fragile and then dropped another fragile item.
They did stay an extra hour.

Kenny and his crew were absolutely wonderful people and very efficient movers. They were on the dot on time with my move. We were able to unpack my entire truck within the hour and we spent the last hour assembling furniture. This company goes above and beyond what any moving company should do as Kenny was always making sure I was satisfied with where the items should go. He always asked how I would want them placed, where, in what position, etc. he was always willing to help out in any way he can as they did not just unload the items and drop them off wherever but instead ask me where they should be placed. I recommend this company very highly. They are true to their gentle name. None of my items got damaged during the move and Kenny was always saying “careful careful careful” with his other crew member to make sure they were constantly reminded to be careful with the items. I had a great moving experience and would definitely pick them again.
