There were a couple issues, but exceptional customer service on the part of the owner of Moving Zoom took care of us.
He remained in constant communication and helped us thorough the stressful process of moving our furniture and our possessions. I can’t say enough about this very customer oriented man.

Both workers came on time ready to work including John who was here before...thankfully, John had packed the pod so well that the unpacking process went very smoothly. I had taken 2 workers 3.5 hours to pack the unit, but only a little over an hour to unpack. With the extra time (there's a 2 hr minimum), they assisted us in removing plastic wrap and moving blankets they had used to protect the items during the loading process. Would definitely hire Moving Zoom again if I need to move in the future.

John and Bob were super efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and worked nonstop the entire time. They gave us such a leap forward in our moving process. I would highly recommend them to anyone using a pod — why I struggle with packing it yourself when you could have a 16 foot pod almost entirely packed in less than three hours with their expertise. Thank you for this excellent work. You made our day!
