Though they were running a little late by traffic delay - they made sure to send extra help & actually finished in 2.5 hrs vs. 3 hrs scheduled! Very efficient & friendly crew!!

Outstanding job! I couldn't be more pleased with the job this crew did. They showed up on time and ready to work. They banged out 3 stories worth of furniture and boxes like it was nothing. Furthermore, they treated our things like they were their own and for that, I would recommend their services every single time. For Chaz -You did a very nice job hiring. We had a wonderful experience using Chaz & Crew. First, let me say that it was very short notice on our part, we called on Wednesday for service that Saturday. Chaz & Crew were very accommodating and accepted the job. They were right on time, professional and super efficient. We had our items packed and stored in a container. These gentlemen packed it with finess and care while amazingly utilizing every inch of the container...NO WASTED space. I have a couple of very large and heavy pieces of furniture in a second floor apartment. They maneuvered my pieces over railings and down steps. Chaz & Crew will be my choice in the future as well as my recommendation to anyone looking for a job well done.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.

At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
