I hired Chaz & Crew to unload a 16' POD into my new house. They showed up on time, but I had the wrong key to unlock the POD. They were understanding and patient. They moved around their schedule, came back in an hour (after I got the key I needed to unlock the POD), then returned and got to work. Daniel, James, Vince, Jim, Antoine and Joe didn't stop until the last box was unpacked, then they put together our beds and cribs, made sure all of the furniture was placed where I wanted it, and were off. When they encountered issues (ie. bad packing by the movers on the other end that had potential for breakage,) they showed me the area of concern before moving anything. I couldn't recommend them more.

I would hire these guys again if I need to move, but hopefully I won't have too anytime soon. They completed the job in half the time I expected and they were able to help put some furniture together with the extra time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for helpers on a move.

I recently hired Chaz & Crew to load a POD with the contents of our home for a long-distance move. They were on time, worked efficiently to complete the job in less time than I expected, and were great to work with. They asked questions to make sure they were loading everything we wanted to take them to load, and they fit everything we needed into the POD in an orderly way. They made the move so much easier. I would definitely use them again. Wish they could be at the other end to help us unload!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
