Keep it Moving guys were great. My only suggestion is to provide the customer with a smaller time range for the morning appointments. I was given 8:30-9:30 at our storage unit. That means I am driving there as well. I was there at 8:30 am and the guys showed up at 9:35 am. They were great at calling to say the guys just left around 9 am. Had I known that was going to happen, I could have stayed home until the call came in. There was some miscommunication as we provided the gate code twice when we ordered and during the follow up when they needed to change the moving date back one day, but that was never given to the drivers. Other than that, the two guys worked hard and were very respectful. A couple nics here and there, but it's to be expected when you are carrying a heavy item through a small door that needs to be turned as it makes its way in. My stuff was already wrapped from the last move, so they didn't use the blankets they brought, but they did take off the plastic wrap from my furniture and the bed boxes and hauled it away. I would use them again. Reasonable price for the work they did.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

Our sales team will typically follow up with the client 5 days prior to the move, then again within 2 days prior to your move just to recap all the details of your move. Our automated system will send out another reminder that your move is schedlued for the next day along with some helpful last minute tips to prepare for your move.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

On moving day once our guys are dispatched from the warehouse, our system will send out a text message. Within this text message there will be a link for you to physically track our truck while it's in route to your home. You will also be able to see our drivers profile which contains a photo, cell phone number, and email just in case you need to reach him/ her.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

In our experience, it would be best to have all of your belongings are packed away (with the exception of the things that will be needed on a daily basis for at least the last week before your move) with that we can get a good idea of the amount of inventory for us to get you a good estimate. Your inventory will dictate 3 things (Your Crew Size, Truck Size & a good estimate of completing your move)

We have covered the gamut of moves... Local Residential Moves, Local Commercial Moves, Long Distance Residential Moves, Hot Tub Delivery Services & Removals, White Glove Delivery Services and still do.

Meeting new people and showcasing our ability to provide excellent service, and seeing the relief and joy on our customers' faces after their experience with us.

What training do you provide your crew members?

We provide both in house and OJT... everything from Content Packing, Truck Loading, Funiture Wrapping, and Customer Services.
