Derek and his son came to load my items from my storage unit into my Uhaul. I booked less than 24 hours in advance, and I really appreciate them going out of their way to show up! Not only were they on time, they were also organized on how they loaded my truck. They also finished earlier than I expected. When I got to my out-of-state destination 10 hours later, nothing was broken. Josh (my point of contact) was very quick and efficient to respond to my requests and let me know ETAs and also close out the order.

Thank you Last Minute Movers and Josh, Derek and his son for truly being great and efficient at such a stressful time. I will be sure to recommend you!

They were not professionals. I ended up having to jump in and help them they were very slow. They broke a few things but I just wanted it over with.

Hello there, Angela. I'm sorry to hear you had a less than ideal experience! We always recommend that clients have *all* items covered with both blankets *and* plastic to avoid damages. Without that we are really at the mercy of chance and cirumstance and although we do our best to ensure a damage-free move, we do rely upon our clients to set everything up for success by having their items either wrapped ahead of time or by providing us with the tools we need to protect furniture as we are a Labor Only Service and don't provide tools of any kind.

We would love to help out again if you need us in the future and we are again sorry to hear that things didn't go according to your expectations as we really aim to please and ensure that we leave every client 100% satisfied!

I had a last minute request. The process and confirmation was seemless. Alexander came right at the requested time. He was absolutely exceptional!!! We ran into issues with the size of an item not able to fit. Alexander was able to think through it and find a way. I was throughly impressed. I hate moving but they make it convenient. These guys are the first I'll call for any of my moving needs.

Hired 2 men to move 6 carpet rolls from trailer to house. They were done in 30 min. On time, no breaks no problems; couldn't be more pleased. They even moved some plywood from my trailer to the car (as I was doing) without my asking as a courtesy. Would hire again in a heartbeat!
