I don’t even know where to start—I’m still crying as I write this because the amount of damage done is absolutely devastating. If you’re considering hiring this company, run in the other direction.
We hired them to help with our move, and they managed to break or ruin 80% of our belongings. I’m not exaggerating. My china cabinet was completely shattered—splintered wood, broken glass everywhere. All three of my dressers were destroyed, drawers crushed and frames warped beyond repair. And the way they packed was absolutely reckless. They shoved heavy boxes on top of fragile ones, with no care or labeling. My wedding china is gone, family heirlooms are shattered, glasses crushed, frames bent—it looks like our entire life was tossed into a blender.
To make things worse, when we tried to go through their insurance, they had the nerve to tell us that they only cover damage “during” the move, not after they’ve placed the items in the truck. So essentially, the moment it leaves their hands and gets jostled around while they’re driving, it’s no longer their responsibility. What kind of scam is that?!
I’m beyond heartbroken. This wasn’t just furniture—they destroyed memories, irreplaceable pieces of our life. And all we got in response was indifference and a worthless insurance policy. No apology. No accountability. Just silence and a bill.
If you value your belongings, your peace of mind, or basic human decency—do NOT use this company. They are careless, unprofessional, and completely unprepared to handle anyone’s possessions responsibly. I wouldn’t trust them to carry a pillow.
I genuinely hope no one else ever has to go through this hell.
