They showed up with no hand truck, no tools, I gave them tools, 36 moving blankets, two rolls of shrink wrap, 3 different types of moving straps, and I asked them why aren't they putting pads and shrink wrap on in the house and he said they're doing it in the truck. They used one piece of shrink wrap, 6 moving pads with nothing to wrap it with. Broke a tv that was in a tv box made to protect TVs from lowes. Damaged furniture, and showed me they have no clue what a professional mover is.
