The worst moving service. Booked for 11am, called sometime to schedule work at 1pm. I figured workers also need lunch so after lunch sounds good.
No show on the day of the move. Hire a helper found another service which did an okay job packing but at least they showed up.
Two lessons learnt:
1. Moving and packing is a dirty business. Get ready to deal with incompetent people who don't care about the customer.
2. A third party mediator like hire a helper provides a platform but does not vet the movers - if possible find a platform that does some quality checks on the movers.

I highly recommend We Move when the time comes to move furniture. They arrived on time and emptied the Pod container being extremely careful of the freshly painted walls. They went above and beyond their job to ensure furniture was placed correctly throughout the house.

Wow, it's so rare nowadays to have such a good experience from beginning to end with a service provider. Wulfgang helped from my first phone call -- which had MANY questions -- to he and Zoey showing up on time and working their butts off without stopping. They finished early! Everything was packed into my POD securely, and to top it off, they were both super polite and friendly. Oh, and the price was fair, too. Happy customer here :)

Whether you are choosing labor only or movers + truck, you can expect trained professionals to show up and take excellent care with all of your items and to treat you with respect.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If you are packing on your own, it is a good idea to finish packing prior to the guys arriving so that they can estimate how much space is needed in the truck. If you need help packing, reach out to us about this prior to the moving date so that we will have time in the schedule.
