I was happy with the service received from Wolfgang and Gunner. They were on time, efficient, friendly and got the job done quickly. They also had the tools needed to get the job done. This was a long-distance move, so packing my moving containers properly was important. They did a good job in that there was only minor damage to some of my furniture with 'rubbing' marks and a sliver of wood broken from the bottom of a bookcase. They used the blankets and pillows I provided as well as most of the strapping to keep everything secure. They worked well as a team and did a few extra things for me too (disassembled a few items, put my mattress bag on for me, and used my packing for the glass tabletop - which I appreciated)

I couldn’t be happier with Gunnar and Louis from We Move. This was not an easy, straightforward move and they worked tirelessly to get it done. They were very nice and polite, very careful, and very hard working. At no point did I feel I had to watch them, quite professional. They did an amazing job packing the POD with more than anyone thought possible! It was like Tetris perfection :). I highly recommend them for your move.

The team arrived on time and did a fantastic job. This is the second time we have used this company and they were just as hard working and efficient as the first time. Great communication before the move and during the move they figured out a tricky situation for a very large bookcase going into a small apartment without any issue. They were extremely professional and I would recommend them again and again. Great job!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If you are packing on your own, it is a good idea to finish packing prior to the guys arriving so that they can estimate how much space is needed in the truck. If you need help packing, reach out to us about this prior to the moving date so that we will have time in the schedule.
