Let me tell you, We Pick Things Up and Put Them Down. They handled their business. They didn't play around. They got things done. With my phone I'm losing money today. They respected my furniture and everything and they went well above and beyond.
I give it highly recommend them to anyone that needs Labor or Moving. The guys snd owner are awesome, they're respectful. They taught my grandson how to move some things. I really highly recommend them.

I’ve been hesitant to write this review because others have been quite pleased with their experience with WPTUaPTD so I’m holding out hope that our subpar experience wasn’t representative of their typical conduct. That being said me and my partner were super disappointed by the moving support we received- and in general we’re pretty laid back people! We hired two movers for two hours - not at all expecting them to be able to move everything into our apartment in that timeframe but just with the goal of getting help moving the larger furniture up the 4 flights of stairs. Our two movers probably overlapped for a total of 30 minutes before one of them left to get a tool from their car and just never returned. The second mover was wonderful and did his best to compensate and moved our sofa totally by himself while my partner and I continued to unload the truck. Despite his best efforts we accomplished WAY less with only one mover instead of the two we paid for. It made an already stressful move significantly more exhausting. The owner of the company called us to check in after the mover left (I was pretty delirious at this point) and offered $12 off the total price, which was a kind gesture but did not make our experience financially worth while, particularly because we had to hire someone else the following day since we got so little accomplished the first time around. Alas! We hope others continue to have more positive experiences than we did.

They did it again! Karim and Hanif unpacked all my stuff and put it where I wanted it. I was totally expecting them to just unpack and put it wherever. They unloaded everything in the rooms I wanted the boxes and furniture in. They even helped me move my refrigerator to maximize the kitchen space! Hire them! You won't regret it!

As someone that has never hired movers before, I didn't actually know what to expect. Karim and Hanif were amazing! They handled my move with care, asked what things were most important for packing purposes, and they took extra care making sure none of my things were damaged. They didn't waste time trying to run up hours. 10/10. Would hire them again and recommend to anyone moving. Glad I hired them for the unpack too!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customers can expect positive language on the job site, a workaround to any issues that may arise, an explanation of packing format, unwavering honesty, and that the customer will feel understood.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
If it’s part of a move, your movers can take care of it for you. You’ll work with the professional movers that you hire to figure out an exact plan and what tasks you’d like them to handle.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Keep a running list of all the little things that have to get done, put into place kid or pet arrangements early in the morning, leave out some basic cleaning supplies, and do one last walk-through.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is being able to help others by giving back with a skillset that is bar-none.
What training do you provide your crew members?
When a person is hired to become a professional mover, they are constantly being trained and retrained due to one of our core values which is constant improvement. All of our movers are qualified pros with considerable years of experience. We set what we like to call the "Golden Standard" for our team and expect delivery every time, no matter how big or small the job is. Training is two-part: on-the-job experience and completing a virtual orientation process with our onboarding agent.
