These gentlemen did a very good job, however, they did not bring their own tools, which slowed things down and ended up costing me extra time. Also, they left the back gate to my home open, and I lost my dog for over 5 hours. Luckily, someone found her and checked her microchip or I never would have gotten her back.

Great movers. They wrapped everything with pads and plastic wrap, and fit everything into the pod. I had enough pads and wrap and this is probably one of the most important things you can have ready in preparation for your move.

Two of the guys didn't seem to know what to do and stood there waiting to be told. Moved very slowly taking a few small light boxes at a time on a hand cart instead of 6 or more. Didn't want to use a flat bed which was sitting there and could have loaded it up. Two of the guys kept disappearing and I was standing there waiting by the storage unit with nothing being moved. I had to load the boxes myself so that they would get the job done quicker. One guy complained "we are supposed to be a team" when the other guy disappeared and wasn't helping. Then when the other guy showed up, he complained that he needed a break and this was too much for him. They were slow slow and incompetent that it took and extra hour and a half. The supervisor called me three times to check on them and each time I told him that there were not moving very fast and it was taking way too long. he had to call them and tell them to speed it up. On top of it all, they pulled out a box with a lamp on top of it, never looked, and the lamp broke. Then they dropped an expensive piece of glass on the floor of the storage unit and left it there in pieces, didn't bother to clean it up. When they finally finished, they charged me for the extra time which was caused by their inexperience and unprofessional attitude. I would never recommend these people to anyone!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

What training do you provide your crew members?
With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
