When they arrived they quickly got to work disassembling all my furniture and getting everything downstairs and organized. Once they started getting items outside near the pod they began neatly packing the pod to its absolute capacity. Everything was extremely tight and solid. They did a great job using the blankets I had to prevent my expensive furniture from getting damaged. They even left me space at the front of the pod to pack a few small things I needed for one more day. They went a half hour over the allotted time but I think it was time well spent making sure everything was stable. I will use them again.

The crew took on my same-day unloading job after workers I'd booked from another moving labor help website failed to contact me or return my calls. They arrived within a reasonable timeframe as discussed, were prepared for the job, asked good and relevant questions to aid them in their work, worked quickly and efficiently, did not charge me for breaks, were respectful of my stuff and let me know if there were any scuffs or other minor damage to doorways (one small doorway room, in particular, presented significant challenges).Overall, they did a nice job for a reasonable price with a good attitude on a pretty hot day.

The two movers that came were both professional in behaviour as well as their expertise in moving the furniture without damage and packing it with a high degree of expertise. They made moving a much less taxing experience.
The movers were on time, had the materials on hands that they promised to provide, and worked hard. I would use them again.

The movers called me about 90 minutes before the scheduled start time to make sure I was ready as they knew I was moving from out of town and to let me know they would be on time. They both came prepared to get the 24' truck unpacked quickly, taking less than two hours to do so. Everything was placed where I requested and nothing was damaged during the unloading process. I'll be moving again within the year and will definitely use them again.

As I was driving a truck into my new location, I contacted HireAHelper. It was short notice, but that worked out ok since I didn't have my rental finalized until the next day. The crew that showed kept me informed of their arrival since I was an add on to their schedule - that I appreciated. When they arrived they got right to work and unloaded the truck into my space in record time. The key to any service is would I use them again? Yes I would.

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
