I cannot recommend this company enough! Moving is usually so stressful, but the two movers who handled my job made it a breeze. They were professional, friendly, and worked incredibly fast to get all of my boxes and furniture loaded up and safely unloaded at the new place. Their efficiency and care were unmatched. If you are looking for top-tier moving assistance, do yourself a favor and hire them!

The crew packed both pods. There was a lot left over and I went and rented a U-Haul to pack the rest of the house. The crew leader stated while I was going to get the rental that she and one other employee would come back two hours later. They were going to go eat and would be back around 7:30-8:00 to finish loading the I-Haul. Mike wanted for me to pay the invoice for the additional hours. I called him at 9pm because I could get a hold of the crew leader. At 10pm, I called Mike back and told him it was now too late and to just forget it and to reach his crew to let them know. Roughly 10 minutes later the crew leader finally called and stated she was on her way I told her to turn around and go home, we were calling it a night. She argued with me about she was wasting fuel. I told her that was not my problem and had she showed up when she said, there wouldn’t have been a problem. Moving is a stressful time. We didn’t need the unprofessionalism from her for not showing up when she said she was, not two hours later.

Our unloaders Zach and Caleb, were expedient, careful, courteous, and worked so very hard for us. Highly recommend this moving team! They helped load and organize everything in my PODS, and I was amazed at how efficiently they worked. They stacked and arranged everything perfectly. Every inch of space was used wisely, and all of our belongings were handled with care.

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
