These guys were great all around. They followed up immediately with a call once I booked them online. The overall communication and follow up on the job was fantastic. They showed up on time as promised and were very nice. Handled my property with care and put together my bedroom set. I initially booked 3 hrs.and they finished in 2. They were adamant about getting me a refund and wouldn't leave until the refund was approved. I highly recommend these guys. Great experience all around.

Delfino and his crew showed up right on time and got us unloaded in a hurry. They hustled, but were very careful. I seriously think this is the first time we've hired movers and nothing was damaged. Great guys to work with. Highly recommended. I'd use them again.

Arrived thinking they were unloading when in fact they were there to load. Pod was packed haphazardly and stuff just thrown in Antique baby rocker loaded slanted on a table. Antique grandfather clock not secured. Glass top tables thrown on top. Had to pay for additional hour because they took so long 'thinking' about how to fit it all in
Its a mismosh, and upon arrival much damage and destroyed lamps, broken wood. Filing a claim with Pods.

In response to your statement:

I DID purchase 100 Furniture Pads AND provided additional blankets, towels and insulation to secure items. I purchased tape and Rope. The items you mentioned were not damaged. The Antique Clock, Cradle, Ethan Allen Furniture were NOT secured, roped or covered with the materials I provided. The loaders literally threw two tables over the top to fit everything in--again not secured. Pictures of the rubble will be provided in the claim along with pictures of the damaged items that were poorly packed. An additional hour was paid for because they removed items and tried to repack items. The TV's (which I wrapped myself) -- one of which they knocked over and dropped are fine. A total of 24 items have been damaged, scratched , gouged, lamps were destroyed, I will be sending ample pictures in my claim regarding this disastrous packing job. Verified by Pod Delivery, and Unloaders.

Hello Linda, We are sorry about the damage that, obviously happened during transit. In the initial call I made with you in the beginning. I went over all the supplies we would need to do the job professionally. You did not want the TV's boxed, you did not want shrink wrap used, and you said you would supply a couple of household blankets, you had already. They were not specific moving blankets, required for your insurance. There was not enough blankets to protect all the items, and we could only drape a blanket over an item, which is not the same as wrapping the furniture, with blankets, and shrink wrap.You did not supply shrink wrap at all, which adds some protection. These are all part of moving supplies needed to assure a quality move. We could only do with what you provided. Without having the proper padding and shrink wrap, we can not guarantee there will be know damage during transit. I went over all these things with you in the initial call I made to you, and you said you didn't want to supply the items. There is nothing more I can say. I'm sorry it was not a great move for you. Sincerely

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
