One of the helpers was drunk and was almost useless. I had to watch him closely because he was banging these into walls and doors. I couldn't trust him with fragile or expensive items and assisted the sober helper with those items. I ordered help because I have a hernia and didn't want to do any lifting. The service was only marginally helpful and I believe I should be due a refund.
Update 7/1 He passed the drug test however we have let him and the team lead go for allowing him on site. We sincerely apologize for the lack of professionalism

Help made easy is just as it says. The movers made my unloading "easy". They were fast and actually came in under the time I had expected.
I have very heavy and detailed Danish furniture pieces that require more work than your average funiture. These guys were the first movers that had no problem with my furniture units. I would use this company again should I move as well. I highly recommend using this company to anyone needing help in this area.

These guys showed up and help us knock the job out in 3 hours; exactly what we budgeted for.
In addition to unloading a fully packed 26 foot ABF trailer, and moving and stacking everything into storage, they even came by my sister's house and help us replace two of the mattresses that we no longer needed.

Best money I have ever spent, it was an apartment on the third floor wih three flights of steep stairs. The guys where on time, unloaded a 22 ft truck which included some furniture in 1 1/2 hours in the Arizona heat. This was money well spent, if you are moving call these guys you can't go wrong!!!!!

I hired the movers to load 10 feet of space in a truck. At first the movers did not stact anything. When the driver told them that they had to put everything into 10 feet, they complained and finally did it. Then they wanted to charge me for 2 additional hours! Be ware! "Owner" is in AZ and subbing the work out in TX. Michael the owner has not been helpful in getting this resolved. Instead I get multiple emails from the guy in TX. They should be removed from the Hire A Helper system! I have used Hire a helper multiple times and never have experienced such a nightmare!
you are the owner of Eagle Labor Management, who as you states is the brother to one of the owners of Movex. Customer was happy.
you were not on site your driver was not on site to give instructions and or to act on your behalf we have not had this problem of getting paid the additional hours. Your customer had us take apart a load to resell the washer and dryer no damage happy customer you just did not want to pay I paid the guys no worries be happy good luck

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
