As the owner of the company I have worked in the field for almost 10 years as a mover. I am regurlaly on the job as a crew member ensuring training is up to par and quality is controlled at the source. Paradigm Moving, LLC is the controlling entity of a Residential Used Household Goods Carrier. We offically have been in business for 1 year, however have 10 years experience with local, long distance, corporate, celebrity, and international relocations. Our main scope of work is local residential relocations, and long distance residential relocations. In the last ten years I alone have serviced ~5000 customers and made sure they were satisfied before leaving their home. We strive to provide a service that you feel was worth every penny.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

We call our customers within 24 hours of booking to confirm booking information, as well call the day before the move to confirm arrival time.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We call before arrival to notify our customers of arrival time and discuss parking for our trucks or company vehicles. Once we arrive we start loading from the front door of the home working our way to the back of the home.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Ensure all items you would like moved to be packed and sealed in boxes or plastic totes. Ensure any pets or childern are out of the way of movers to ensure movers/their safety and maximum efficiency.

What types of moves have you handled?

Local, Long Distance, Corporate, Office, Large Estates, Multi-Level Townhomes, Condos, Apartments, Whole Communities (Section 8 community 60 homes). Loading portable storages, and unloading portable storages.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Knowing that my customers are satisfied, and avoided being ripped off by another company.

What training do you provide your crew members?

On-site/hands on training. We also give them a saftey/awarness video to watch, as well a packing class before sending them in to a customers house.
