After booking with TK Logistics, customers can expect clear communication from start to finish. We’ll confirm all details in advance, arrive on time with the right equipment, and handle belongings with care and professionalism. Our team works efficiently while keeping safety in mind, and we keep customers updated throughout the move so there are no surprises. At the end, we make sure everything is placed exactly where the customer wants it, and that they’re fully satisfied before we leave.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, customers can expect our crew to show up on time, ready to work. We’ll introduce ourselves, walk through the home to confirm what needs to be moved, and then carefully protect and load items. We work efficiently while treating every item with care. Once at the new location, we’ll unload and place everything where the customer wants it. Before we leave, we double-check that the customer is satisfied and nothing was overlooked.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To help moving day go smoothly, customers should have boxes packed, sealed, and labeled ahead of time (unless they’ve booked us for packing). Make sure walkways, hallways, and driveways are clear so our crew can move items safely. Keep valuables, important documents, and personal essentials with you. If possible, disassemble large furniture and pack fragile items such as antiques, glass items and TV's in the appropriate boxes , or let us know if you’d like help with that.
What types of moves have you handled?
We’ve handled a wide variety of moves including local and long distance, residential moves; including homes and apartments, office relocations, storage unit transfers, and furniture deliveries. Our team also has experience with packing and carefully moving specialty items like gym equipment, TVs, appliances and fragile items like art and oversize mirrors. Whether a small apartment or a large home, we bring the same professionalism and attention to detail to every job.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about being movers is being able to help people through what can be one of the most stressful activities. We enjoy making the process easier and seeing the relief on customers’ faces when everything is handled with care. Every move is different, and brings new challenges which is why it is so rewarding to make our customers happy.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained in proper lifting techniques, safe handling of furniture and fragile items, and efficient loading/unloading methods. We teach them how to protect floors, walls, and belongings with the right equipment and padding. In addition, our team is trained in customer service, clear communication, professionalism, and to respect each customer’s home like it was their own.
