The gentlemen who showed up to do the work were wonderful. They worked hard, were courteous and very efficient. I would definitely recommend them.
My only complaint comes from the administrative end. Based on my description of the material to be moved, I was quoted and paid for a two-hour minimum with an additional hour and the work was completed well within the 2-hour time frame.

The two men arrived on time, assessed the items to be moved and worked steadily. This was a door to door move with an elevator at the origin and steps at the destination. The temperature was above 110 degrees. Excellent job.

Kenny and Manny were AMAZING!! So kind, careful with our items. They were right on time, communicated wonderfully and just the right amount. Thankfully they were able to lift some really heavy stuff upstairs which was such a lifesaver. Loved both of them and would use this company again with no hesitation if we ever have another move. Vets Moving/Tony had sketchy communication from the very beginning. Come the day of the move, after several hours of attempted communication, they finally text back saying they will be there at the very end of the arrival window. After that they never showed, never answered the phone, and never responded to text. Causing us to do the move alone. They completely ghosted! We even gave them opportunities to back out. But the assured us they would be there. Had they apologized and said they could not help we could have sought out other help. But because there was ZERO communication and it was later in the day that opportunity was gone! Beyond disappointing and frustrating!
You contacted us several times trying to get guys to come at different times not to mention calling late night on a Sunday. Sometimes driving in from out of town can add that stress but we can't just drop everything for random times for each person's unload. When outside contractors hire for help through another company we typically see this type of expectations
