We dismantle & reassembly your household items including furniture, beds etc. (Our staff supplies all tools). Upon arrival to your new home, we will place your belongings in the rooms by your request.

I would rate their service as okay and it didn't really meet my expectations for the price. Pros: 1) good response to phone calls 2) flexible with the timings 3) definitely know how to use trailer space. Cons: 1) can't really say professional 2) relatively expensive 3) handling of items was poor. I don't think I will use their services again.

Arrived an hour late due to an accident on Highway 35. Called twice to let us know the situation & then when they would arrive. They were professional, listened to our thoughts & concerns, handled our belongings with care, and worked hard the entire time of loading. We would definitely use them again.

Randy and Justin were incredibly patient considering a logistical error which delayed the job by 3hrs. Both were cordial, respectful and assuring that they would take the best care of our furniture.

The team was one hour late. They worked hard enough and the load traveled well. However, because they were late, I was not inclined to give them a tip (although one of them seemed to hint about a tip to one of us). They only took three hours to load and I paid for four hours. They said they were going to another job when they finished ours, so I suspect they accelerated their work with us to keep them on schedule for their next job. I would have preferred that they offer a refund of that extra hour rather than just give us a five percent tardiness credit.
