Good communication initially with David. Initial schedule was good but I tested positive for covid and had to reschedule. Rescheduled Day, did not hear from Rockstar until after scheduled arrival. Said some workers called in sick and they were running behind. Offered them to arrive anytime before 6pm but didn't hear back until around 7pm. David texted and said we could do the move around 7pm on Tuesday or anytime on Wednesday. I requested 2pm on Wednesday and was told that was fine. Texted David around noon to confirm arrival and ask if they could slip it to 3pm. Never received a reply. Called David's number but voicemail box was full and couldn't leave a message. Finally at 4pm I contacted hire-a-helper and they were going to try to contact Rockstar. They were not able to make contact. I requested hire-a-helper to try to get Rockstar to my location by 6pm or refund my money. At 5:58pm I called and was told the move was canceled and my money would be refunded. So now a week after initially contracting with Rockstar I have not yet heard from them about why they no showed today nor answered any of my texts to let me know what was going on. Based on this experience, I can not recommend Rockstar Moving LLC.

Great job. They were prepared with all the tools needed for the job. They work hard and fast. Took very good care of our stuff and property. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Great job guys!

Dave and his other team member were quick and efficient. Very friendly. Came through on a last minute reservation. Most definitely will use them again in the future.
