The two men that came were awesome, went above and beyond my expectations, especially in light of the two I had hired in Florida, which thankfully they were not hourly. They were so very quick, but very careful with my things, so I was just amazed and could tell that they KNEW what they were doing. The truck was going to be late and they were very understanding about that, which I was very grateful for. They were so kind and patient with me as I was frazzled and it was complete chaos here, with Spectrum here at the same time, but they just took control and got it done! I hope when I move again (ugh) as this is just a rental that they will still be working for your company and I can book them. You have two fine assets there at your company, don't lose them!! Thanks for everything, it made this move much more bearable!

We just needed help loading the POD and then unloading it when we moved to our new home. All these young men worked very hard. We didn't need any additional help disassembling/assembling or disconnecting/connecting so our need was pretty basic. We would definitely recommend Bennetts Moving Services to family and friends.

I absolutely loved the young men from Bennetts that loaded our moving container for our cross states move. They arrived right on time, were super courteous and began work right away. They packed our container tight just like pros. They never complained about the heavy things and constantly asked me permission on how I wanted my things placed. We were most impressed. The two young men arrived on time, were very polite, did a wonderful job of moving some stuff within the house and worked smart and hard and efficiently. They came by the time they were told but not by the time I set up so that caused an issue. An item was dropped and damaged but this does happen.

I have moved so many times that I am HAPPY to review Bennetts Moving Services!!
I needed to have a storage pod unloaded at my new home. A significant number of my items needed to be taken out of the POD, sorted and I had to determine if they went in the house or the garage/basement.
As there was only one entry into the home, the crew from Bennetts had to take the stored items down the driveway to the basement/garage. These two amazingly wonderful, hardworking and kind me never complained once!!!
They came prepared for the three hours (and they even finished early!!!) I had scheduled. Were hardworking, professional, respectful of my home and my items...and I do not even recall them taking a break during the entire unpack of my storage POD!!!
I would highly and most definitely recommend Bennetts Moving Service to anyone needing assistance with moving needs!! They are a five start ***** company and I do not have enough words to express how easy their professionalism made my moving requirements such a breeze!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a confirmation call from our friendly office staff within 24 hrs. of booking your request. They will go over the details and address an questions or concerns you may have. We also do a confirmation call the day before your move, just to check in and make sure everything is still on schedule and re-confirm address and start times.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day your crew leader will give you a call at least 30 minutes out. Please let them know if there are any special parking instructions or changes. Our crews bring dollies with them on all jobs. They will also bring a protection package including rope, tape, and plastic shrink wrap available for purchase if you would like to utilize our supplies.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please make sure to provide at least 1 moving blanket for each Item of furniture we will be loading. The crew will utilize them to protect your cherished belongings from any damage during your drive.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are a full service moving company. We can handle any type of moving help you may need. We do local and long distance loading/ unloading. No job is too big or too small.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is the customers. We have met so many great people over the years. We have hundreds of repeat customers. It always great to see them again and see how their family's have grown or changed.We know moving is stressful so we do our absolute best to make our part as easy and seamless as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew members are thoroughly background checked before they are hired. Upon being hired we make sure they are fully trained and able to complete the work before they step a foot into the first home.
