I can not say enough good things about them! Wish they had been on the other end for packing the van. :) They were efficient, polite, and super helpful. They took everything in strides (we had packed the truck poorly and there was shampoo all over the truck floor and some glass was on he truck floor----all totally all our fault and they were very pleasant even through all the problems we caused). I had never even seen the townhouse before we got here (late and they were gracious about that too) and had no idea who to hire to help. So happy that I choose them. I would highly recommend them!

The helpers were superb - quick, focused, hard-working and very professional. I requested helpers late the evening before the day I needed them, so my requested time could not be met. There wasn't really clear communication about this from the organization, but the men (Angels team) who did the work were superb. If I anticipate the need for additional help of this sort in the future, I'll do my best to request it much earlier in the timeline.

PROS: They were in contact with me prior to scheduled date. Arrived on time. Friendly and respectful of my property. CONS: Needed assistance with assembly of wall unit ~ luckily I had a friend here who could assist. Ran into extra time

They guys that helped us were on time as promised between 2 and 3 (they came at 2:30). Were they prepared for the job? Well, I ordered 4 movers: 3 guys and a girl came. I am sorry but a girl can't work the same way a guy does. She can't help with heavy stuff. She was pretending to be all tough in the beginning but at the end you could tell she was more tired then the guys. Did they work hard? I guess they worked as hard as they could, but not up to my expectations. It seemed to me that my hubby and I moved twice faster then they did, considering the fact that we were unloading a truck for an hour and a half before their arrival. If it wasn't for two of us helping them, there would be no way we finished it all in two hours. They were respectful to our property and goods. They were trying to be careful. I am not sure if I would hire them again.

One fellow in particular did a tremendous job; he packed the storage unit in Raleigh. The crew was an hour late - not good. One mover was a woman who worked hard, but limited. 3rd mover spent a fair amount of time on phone, and was not as helpful as he could have been.

These guys actually called in to see if they could come in a little earlier to start if I wanted them too. I didn't have the truck yet so I couldn't have them come but as soon as I did I gave them a call and they were there within the time they gave me. They were prepared to work, made sure to walk with me through everything that was going to be packed so they could plan out how they were going to pack it and when they got down to it they really worked a sweat up. They were very polite and respectful and I would be more than willing to use them again or recommend them to anybody else.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
