The guys were friendly and courteous. Got right to work and took on the big heavy objects right away. Offered to stay longer and clean up or move things around in rooms afterwards. Only negative was they left a few larger noticeable gashes in my hardwood floors where they could have used sliders or picked it up but overall for the help and the cost it was well worth having them!

The guys showed up right when we requested them to be at the house. They worked hard and quickly, but they didn't bring any equipment to help with the move. Our furniture and boxes weren't packed especially well, so they shifted around and some were damaged during the drive. They were respectful and friendly, however, and they definitely helped a lot with our last-minute move.

A. Clemm Enterprises seems to me to be a premier company! The "Gentlemen" who helped us move were on time, very enthusiastic about giving top-notch care in padding our house hold goods, and worked very hard throughout the move even though it took a little longer than I personally anticipated.

Although we have no future plans on moving again, I'd look them up in the future FIRST. Good help is hard to find, however, if anyone were to contact A. Clemm Enterprises they would find it easy...and well worth their time and money.

arrived late....
worked in slow motion....
banged most of the furniture off of everything....
had to carry and load almost half of my items myself so I wouldn't have to take more than my scheduled time.....
asked for a smoke break after a half hour of work...

I have moved six times in the last 4 years and these were the worst movers I have ever hired!!!

Mover's response:

I am sorry you had such an unpleasant move. My first guy of the two your hired arrived at your apartment complex at 7:50. He had to be buzzed in and informed you the other guy was right down the block coming up. You did not have much stuff and my guys actually finished up within an 1:45 mins. We have been in this business for over six years. I also spoke with you immediately after they were finished, you called me about payment. At no time did you express any displeasure to me.

The helpers were courteous but... They were an hour late, were not careful with my furniture - banging into doorways, laying a piece finnish side down on the concrete sidewalk, very slow moving - the two hours I had reserved their time they loaded less than 1/3 of the items I was moving. (a one bedroom apartment - I had given away the living room furniture and was not taking the appliances.)
