What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Pack-N-Go follows each request for service from start to finish. When we receive a request for service, we call or email the customer to confirm receipt of their request and to obtain details about their move. Once a date and time is agreed upon, we provide the customer with our next steps and tips for move preparation.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The evening before moving day, we use the customer's preferred contact method to confirm the scheduled date and time and provide the helpers' names. On moving day, we contact the customers when the movers are en route. Once the movers arrive, they will introduce themselves, then take a quick survey of everything to create a plan of action. This plan of action will allow for proper loading onto the truck in the safest, most efficient way possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Unless we are providing packing services, all items to be moved should be boxed, bagged, or wrapped. We also recommend putting all items (with the exception of heavy furniture and appliances) as close to the front door as possible. These things will help our movers get everything loaded onto the truck quicker, which saves the customer time and money. However, if the customer wants their move to be "hands-off", we're more than happy to take care of everything.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've pretty much experienced it all. We specialize in local, residential moves, but we're available for any type of move. We've packed up a business and shipped it across the country. We recently moved a customer from PA to VA. There is no job too large or too small, too close or too far for Pack-N-Go
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about being a mover is our interactions with our customers. We value our relationship with our customers and strive to meet and exceed their expectations.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Pack-N-Go brings on crew members that have already had moving experience so that we're able to hone in on each member's unique skills. Safety is top priority, so we ensure that the crew are experts in proper lifting techniques. They're also trained to perform their jobs with keeping the company's integrity in mind. All of our training is an on-the-job style as we take firm believe in "doing is learning".

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
