The movers were nice enough but did NOT know how to pack a truck. Multiple items were scratched beyond belief. Several items had to be given to Goodwill because they were too damaged. They stacked the items in a precarious way. A heavy miter saw was placed on an unstable box crushing the item below it. A box of bricks was placed on top of a light weight box. Everything heavy was loaded on something lighter. Multiple items were crushed.I will never use this company again. It was dangerous unloading the truck because everything shifted and fell over.

I didn't get the two gentlemen names one of the guys told me he was from Venezuela. They are very professional, early and about their business had my apartment cleared within the allotted time.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.
