I hired this service to help my parents move furniture into a POD ahead of a renovation. Their movers (Chris and Jose) were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. My parents were appreciative of how careful they were with fragile furniture. I would definitely recommend this service and will be using them again to unload the POD. Thank you Chris and Jose!

The guys were nice, but they neither wore masks nor asked if I was confortable without their masks during a still viral pandemic. One guy came about 20-25 min late (after the first arrived). I gave a tour to both upon separate arrivals on what not to pack, and what was fragile. I felt like my fragile and expensive items couldve been more secure (weight on keyboard, glass items, etc.). The most devastating part was that I saw after they left that the backpack I asked not to pack was not only in the POD but was so far back behind the mattress I couldn't access it. I asked to leave that as is because it had my chargers and tech in it. With the busyness of moving, I had no battery in my phone or laptop and ended up Stranded. I had nothing. I waited until the next morning to walk the neighborhood for a charger and purchased one for my phone. I was luckily able to make my flight and then purchase a computer charger. Going with them costed me Much more cash than the base fee, not including anxiety. Again, the first arriver was nice, but I would rather a team treat my items and well-being with care versus rush a job (they finished in an hour). Forgot to mention that they also left behind their trash that they brought to the job, so I had to throw that away too.

They arrived right on time (beginning of the arrival window) and they finished in just under an hour and a half! This included the time it took them to drive from our house to the storage unit, get access to the storage unit, and move all of those boxes. We were able to get a 16’ moving truck and they fit everything in there perfectly snug with some room to spare. Compared to when we moved ourselves with the same size truck a few months ago, it was much, much more organized and our items were very secure. I can’t say enough good things about these guys, thanks for making our move a breeze!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
