The guys did a fantastic job. They were on time , loaded furniture and boxes from my storage building. Then they unloaded my furniture and boxes at my new place. They were both respectful of my belongings and finished right on time. I would recommend them with all you moving needs.

Came on time, professional, courteous and fast. Ive been scammed by other movers in the past, especially with hidden or added on charges. This does not apply to them. They tell you up front the total charges, and that's all you pay. I highly recommend them especially if you are on a budget. Even if you are not, you would be a fool to throw your money away, using a much more expensive company

The loaders from Superior Service.... Well, let's just say it was not worth the cost. My refrigerator was scratched, my safe was scratched, many of our items were tossed in, a $1000 air purifier has scuff marks all over it. If they had used all the furniture pads provided to them, it should have prevented these damages. Had they stacked our belongings better and made better use of the 26 ft truck we had, we wouldn't have had to leave a substantial amount of belongings behind. Most boxed items were ok, and stacked neatly but that is where it ends. They took over an hour to load one heavy item even though a full description was provided in the original order so they would know to expect it, then I had to pay extra for another hour just to get most of my stuff on the truck. We are still having to fork out for a POD, just to get the remainder of our items delivered. They took apart the freezer compartment of the refrigerator, glad the unload guys knew how to put it all back together, and have a good laugh about it. Simply put, they were not prepared to do the job presented to them that they agreed to do. We would not use this company again

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
