I hired 2 helpers to help move my son into a 4th floor apartment. They went to wrong address, but texted me and I sent them the address again and they showed up within a few minutes. I didn't know there was an elevator in the building and when they asked, they were able to use it for the entire move. I had paid the extra because of the stairs and asked if this amount could be refunded to me but never heard back.
The workers did a good job. Went to work right away and finished on time.

They were 2 helpers, Troy and Jose. Troy did a great job (vary careful and respectful) but Jose hit my stuff a 2 to 3 to the wall and made scratches on the them. He was very polite and apologized but it was not just once to ignore.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
