Great job! Both works were on task and very polite and business like. I highly recommend this service.

They were running really behind, which we understand can happen, but when we tried to cancel they were extremely unhelpful. As we were trying to move and load the truck by ourselves, they continued to call and ask more questions, and keep us on the phone while they tried to confirm things, wasting over an hour of time just to cancel. So, between being so late we couldn't even use them and wasting our time while we tried to cancel, we were stressed out and disappointed.
You can always log in to your account online and update or cancel an order through the hireahelper portal. This way no hold times are necessary.

They did a good job.
Probably should have had a better hand truck for the washer with the straps to hold on to it better.
We have appliance dollies with straps but will only use them if a situation calls for it. In this case it did not.

They came, they loaded the truck, and everything but a wood-and-glass TV stand survived (a thin piece of wood broke at a weak point; I wouldn't blame it on the movers). They were prompt, professional, and got everything loaded in the estimated time.

3 guys led by Chris showed up on time, called ahead and were very patient and processional. They helped us unload a 28’ U-Pack trailer and were able to complete the job 30min before the s heckled end time. I highly recommend Superior!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
