I've only been able to unload the 15' UHaul truck and found ALOT of my treasures broken and destroyed. I'm afraid to see what damage will be in the 2 16' PODS. I will contact the company once I take an inventory of everything. Wont use again!

Customer was made aware that they should provide at least (1) moving-specific furniture pad per each item of furniture and that failure to due so may lead to damage to items. No pads were provided for this move. Also the way we pack, I can assure that no items were destroyed but there may have been scratches due to the lack of pads.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?

All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We do not refund for any unused time.

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
