They did a good job but they left early. The movers I originally booked didn't show and hire a helper sent this team in to replace them. I was on a deadline and was very happy they could help. When they got there they told me they had asked another lady if they could push her back a bit to accommodate me and they couldn't stay past 3 hours. Unfortunately I needed them for about 4 hours. Luckily my best friend and his roommate were able to come help me finish up. I think if the circumstances were different they would have been great! They were very professional and very hard workers. I was moving out of an apartment on the 3rd floor and they were very good about catching their breathe quickly and continuing on. Overall I was pleased. I just wish I had booked them in the first place so I wouldn't have had to mess with no shows and time constraints.
If the job had been booked for 3 hours we would have not accepted it.

Were a little late arriving but did call to let me know were on the way. Polite and efficient.

They arrived about ten minutes late and started the time from that point on. One of the guys had an attitude from the start and was walking real slow while the other guy was doing all the work. The two helpers that we had didn't work well as a team and basically didn't help out each other at all. We actually had to tell them how to lift things and maneuver them to get them in the house. I will never use this service company again! There are too many good companies with eager to help people out there and I have first hand knowledge of it.

The guys packed my 26' truck without any problems. Found out how well they packed it as we unloaded- nothing moved! This was my second time using Superior Service- and recommend them highly !

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
