Rene and his crew were amazing. Due to an issue with loading (diff crew) I had asked to push back Texas Top Tier Movers ETA. They agreed with no additional charge. However we actually arrived at unloading location earlier than expected. so I called Rene and they were able to arrive earlier as well! Rene and his crew are very personable with upbeat attitudes, efficient, and move quickly! Greatly appreciate pivoting on times and would definitely use them again!

They were on time and were prepared for the task at hand. They broke nothing nor did they scuff up any walls. They placed the furniture and other items where we wanted them mto go.

They were not on time....They came an Hour EARLY!!!! kudos to Rene and team as they were courteous, hard working, and just some genuinely great guys. they managed to unload two UPack containers that were filled to the top and take all of the contents up to our second floor apt within 1.5 hrs and that taking time to make sure we were satisfied with the work they did. We will be using them for our next move for sure. highly recommended

On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
