They were two hardworking young men. Got the job done and fast. Even swept out the storage unit!

Overall I was not dissatisfied but the problem is that this company sent me young adults that did not have quite the experience that I would have liked.
In the move they did break a leg on a couch and they did try to repair it but it needed a new one which I had to pay to bring in someone to repair it.
I did ask the owner if they could do it and I was met with resistance because it was a special order . In any regards, I don't like to give bad reviews but I think this company needs to make some adjustment to experience and customer service.

All 3 guys were Curtis helpful and great manners. I wish they were unloading us in Texas. Bernard Elijah and Cody all 3 were wonderful I can't say enough about them!!!!

To begin, the movers were one hour late and not prepared for the job. The only reason they are even getting two stars is because of the exceptional young men they sent (who unfortunately were not prepared to handle the move). I specifically mentioned in the request, and when I followed up with the owner a few days before the move, that we had a safe that would require a dolly or hand truck. The guys arrived one hour late without either. Fortunately, my husband has access to a handtruck, but had to leave the premises to go pick it up and then help the guys load the safe onto the handtruck and into the pod. I would not recommend this company!

My movers were shakers!! Super job, and fast service. They were very attentive to details, and super friendly. I am staying put for now, but I will recommend them to anyone who needs their service. We'll done!
