What can a customer expect after booking with you?
100% Satisfaction on a complete and stress free move!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Efficiency, skills, professionalism, legitimate moving equipment and 5 start service! We start off by greeting the customer and then we proceed to do a walk through and note any damage that was pre-existing, we then prep the house, pack (if service was requested) disassemble, prep and pad/wrap the furniture, load the truck, secure the load, do a final walk-through, then we update an sign any paperwork, get weight (if interstate move), transport, then do the same as the loading process but in reverse!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Be sure to have a moving checklist and we can provide that if requested. We send documents such as what shouldn't be transported, packing tips, things we wont do and basic moving and efficiency tips.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, office moves, etc. We are capable of handling any move.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Honestly, helping people in one of their most stressful time of their lives. We enjoy being praised for our skill and a happy customer and a great crew make for a wonderful day!
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have a seasoned and certified pro mover who was trained by the big van lines doing all training instruction. He was lead mover and driver at said van lines for years. We also have the training video from the American Moving and Storage Association that we refer to for visual aid before the rigorous training begins!
